Registering with teamspeak, Detailed tutorial.

The following steps can be ran through weather you are connected to teamspeak at the time, or not. If you are connected, there is no need to discconect.

The first step; Is to click CONNECTION then CONNECT at the top left.
DO NOT! click quick connect.

On the new window that opens, ensure you have selected "local addressbook" from the top. You should see the word 'servers', please right click anywhere in the blank space below the word 'servers' and select option "Add Server" You may type the name of this server now, choose anything you like. Such as "NoD Imperium" or "Caldari Milita" Call it "Cunt Farm" if it's your pleasure, it really dosn't make any difference. It's just a label.

The next step is to enter the servers infomation.

The Label is what ever you named the server previously,
The server addresss is the IP to connect to the server
The nick name is what you will be showed as when you connect.

[ ] Allow server to assign a nickname will simply apend your nickname if it is in use.

( ) Anonymous means you connect to the server as a guest
( ) Registerd means you have already visited the server and registerd an account.

Server Password is just that, the public password to connect. Not all servers will have one of these.

[ ] Auto-Reconnect willl constantly try to reconnect you to the server should you drop.

Click the connect button at the bottom of the window to join the server.

LINK ENGAGED! Welcome to the server.

Now you are on, we need to get you registerd.

Please click SELF then REGISTER WITH SERVER from the top.
If the option is grey and not useable, then this means an administrator (marked with (SA) on the end of their nickames) will need to grant you permission first. Once you have been granted the right to register, please try again.

The login name AND password are yours to choose! This infomation is for your own personal account to join, it must be unique. Keep it secret!

It is often preferd by server admins that you put in any clan tags in both the login name & nickname so they can easily identify you in the list of accounts and current users of the server.

REGISTRATION COMPLETE! Alright, thats you registerd. There is just one more step now. Please one again go to CONNECTION then CONNECT

Please now alter your options to connect to the server. Change the "anonymous" box to "registerd" then below type in the login name and password YOU JUST USED to register with the server on the last step.

If you did anything right, when you click connect once again at the bottom it will log you in registerd every time.
